Printing from the web

To print any of the Hotei stories directly from the web, simply click on the large frame on the right hand side of the page (i.e., the frame that this text appears in), and then hit the print icon on your browser.

If the sides of the page are cut off

Select "Page Setup" from the "File" menu. If the paper setting is different from the actual paper that you are using in the printer, change the setting. If the paper size setting matches the actual paper that you are using and you are still getting the sides cut off, change the "reduce or enlarge" setting on the "Page Setup" menu to 80%.

If the top or bottom of the page is cut off

Select "Page Setup" from the "File" menu. If the paper setting is different from the actual paper that you are using in the printer, change the setting (this is almost certainly the case). If the paper size setting matches the actual paper that you are using and you are still getting the top or bottom cut off, change the "reduce or enlarge" setting on the "Page Setup" menu to 80%.

 

Printing from Acrobat

Once you have opened the file in Acrobat, simply select "Print" from the file menu.

If the top or bottom of the page is cut off (i.e., the phone number at the bottom of each page of the Hotei Newsletter does not print)

Select "Page Setup" from the "File" menu. If the paper setting is different from the actual paper that you are using in the printer, change the setting (this is almost certainly the case). If the paper size setting matches the actual paper that you are using and you are still getting the top or bottom cut off, change the "reduce or enlarge" setting on the "Page Setup" menu to 80%.
